Chronic Ankle Pain

1. Achilles Tendonitis - pain along the course of the achilles tendon usually of athletic patients probably due to poor training habits - for relieving pain and increasing flexibility of the rocnemius-soleus muscles as well as increasing range and speed of motion.
2. Ankle sprains - caused by sudden forces affecting the ligaments about the joint - for relieving pain and increasing range and speed of motion.
3. Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome - pain at the plantar aspect of the foot is described as burning, tingling or numbness that cannot be well localized; occasionally patient experiences a worsening of the pain at night - for relieving pain and increasing range and speed of motion.

Chronic Foot Pain

1. Tendonitis  Hallux Valgus (Bunion Deformity of the Foot) - pain over the medial prominence of the first metatarsal head, made worse by shoe wear - for relieving pain and reduction of swelling due to the inflammation.
2. Heel Spurs (Plantar Fasciitis) - Heel pain - source of pain is actually an inflammation of the insertion of the plantar fascia into the calcaneus, known as plantar fasciitis - for relieving pain and increasing range and speed of motion.

1. Rapid and significant reduction in swelling.

3. Rapid and significant decrease in inflammation.
