2. Alternatively, the goods will be couriered to you if you are not visiting our office to buy them. Please add RM 25 per item for the courier service charge to anywhere in Malaysia. Please note that in Malaysia the products are available only from Panmedic Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur.
3. There are 4 methods of payment:

Cash. Please visit our office to pay it. Don't send it by mail. Our office hours are from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm; Mondays to Fridays. We are closed on public holidays. |

5. Enter the number of pieces for the products you want.
6. Complete the form by filling in the other particulars. Don't forget to write your phone number. Sign and date it.
7. Fax the form to us. If your payment is by cheque, please send it by mail or courier. Please call us after you have sent them. Alternatively, we shall call you once we have received your documents.
8. We shall deliver the goods after your payment has cleared.
9. In case our stock has run out, we shall tell you the approximate date of delivery based on our next shipment.
