1. Please call our office at (603) 7954 3622 for the price of SomnoGuard if need be. Visit our office to buy it. Click here for the location map. Please note that SomnoGuard is not sold in retail shops. It is available only from Panmedic Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur.
2. Alternatively, the goods can be couriered to you if you are not visiting our office to buy them.

Enter the number of units for the product you want. |

Complete the form by filling in the other particulars. Don't forget to write your phone number. Sign and date it. |
| c. |
Fax the form to us. If your payment is by cheque, please send it by registered mail or courier. Please call us after you have sent it. Alternatively, we shall call you once we have received your documents. |
| d. |
We shall deliver the goods after your payment has cleared into our bank account. |
3. There are 4 methods of payment:

Cash. Please visit our office to pay it. Don't send it by mail. Our office hours are from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm; Mondays to Fridays. We are open during lunch. However, we are closed on public holidays. To serve you better, our office is now open on the 1st Saturday of every month. |
